Event Information

Title: Develop Process Stability with Lean Fundamentals Workshop

Description:

This interactive learning experience, held off-site at a factory converted into a simulated work environment, will introduce the concept of job instruction (JI). Focused on training employees to perform tasks correctly, safely and conscientiously, JI is designed to develop basic process stability. Participants will walk through four-step JI training and discover how it integrates into an actual work environment. Other concepts covered include JI training matrix, fundamental job breakdown process, and lean fundamentals. Attendees will receive helpful materials and resources to assist with implementation.

This workshop is not included in any registration package — it is available for purchase separately. To ensure an effective learning experience, attendance is limited to 40 participants. This workshop will take place off-site; charter bus transportation and lunch will be provided.
